This Privacy Policy applies to the Comic Book Autograde Android app published by Nappaland Inc. on the Google Play Store. It does NOT apply to the separate Comic Book Autograde web application; that service has its own Privacy Policy.

Comic Book Autograde by Nappaland Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our comic book grading Service.

#1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information from you. Everything you create in this app — your comic book data, grading answers, and so on, for the comics in your My Comics — is stored only on your phone. This information is never sent to us and is never shared with any third party. Because nothing is collected, nothing is sold.

#2. Use of Information

The comic data, nicknames, and grading answers you enter on your phone are used to build your My Comics collection on the phone and to generate a grading report you can save. Because nothing is sent to us, we do not use this information.

Please Note: Comic Book Autograde is a content-neutral Service. We do not censor, approve, nor condemn any comic book content or style graded by this Service or stored in your My Comics. We do not have access to your My Comics section and cannot see which specific comics are stored on your phone.

#3. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

#4. Third-Party Services

The Service does not display third-party advertising, and does not use cookies, web beacons, or any other tracking technology to profile you.

#5. Data Security

We implement standard security measures to protect your data. Because the app stores everything on your phone, the security of your data depends on the security of your phone. Also, be aware that no method of storage is completely secure.

#6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
