Our girl was never shy in front of a camera. Here’s are some of our favorite moments of Amy! on film.

Amy’s Amazing Magic Tricks
Amy’s sister, Jody, and I (Mike) were in the audience for this little live “performance.” Amy told no one what she was going to do, but afterward she held comedy bragging rights in our family until the day she died. Special thanks to Group Publishing for allowing us to stream this video online!

Amy Disney Audition
In 2008 Disney announced a contest to select an honorary “Chief Magical Officer.” Of course Amy entered the contest! She didn’t win, but her submission video had it’s own special magic anyway.

Amy and the Carousel (Santa Cruz Boardwalk)
This was April 2015, four months before we knew Amy had cancer. We took a “working vacation” to Santa Cruz, CA, and managed to spend one day at the Boardwalk there. When Amy saw the Carousel, she was so excited she had to send a video to our granddaughter. She promised to take her to ride this Carousel one day. Unfortunately, cancer had other plans. But we didn’t know that then, so this was a very good day.

Amy’s 16th Anniversary Celebration at Group Publishing
Just a few weeks before she died, Amy’s coworkers at Group Publishing celebrated her 16th anniversary at Group by making this fun little Friends parody video for her. Amy watched it in her hospice bed, laughing and weeping at the same time. It was a very special gift for Our Girl.

Amy Watching James Taylor Video Message
This was the moment when Amy Nappa first watched the video that musician James Taylor sent to encourage her before she died. She was so, so happy. She smiled for hours afterward, and told everyone about her “new best friend, James Taylor.”
